What Do I Do Now?

| LEBA membership is renewable every year by
Jan 31. If you have not renewed your annual membership, please print the
member form , fill it out in its entirety, and mail it in with your annual dues. It is in invoice form, so you can fill it out and submit it to your department if you like.
LEBA is also set up for PayPal, online credit card
payments. If you would like to be billed via
PayPal, then send us a request at treasurer@leba.org. If you have any questions, please contact me. Thanks in advance, Jay
