About Us
Law Enforcement Bicycle Association (LEBA)
LEBA was formed in 1987 with the birth of modern day police cycling. As we accelerate through the new millennium, LEBA continues to grow and provide the highest level of training to the bike officer. We do it the “LEBA Way” with the most established bike patrol training curriculum available. LEBA strives to constantly update our techniques to keep pace with the continually changing requirements of law enforcement. At LEBA, we are able to do this because we are law enforcement professionals like you. We are made up of bike cops from around the world who work the streets.
Executive Board
The LEBA Executive Board brings together decades of law enforcement experience from agencies across North America. Our board members represent diverse backgrounds in police bicycle patrol operations, instructor training, curriculum development, and tactical operations. This breadth of expertise ensures LEBA continues to deliver the highest quality training standards and remains at the forefront of law enforcement bicycle patrol innovation.
